This raffle is conducted by Genovation Ltd (ABN 25 661 925 873) of Gregory Hills NSW under its NSW charitable fundraising authority. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees, contractors, Directors of Genovation Ltd, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Entry is via purchase of a raffle ticket through the official website or QR code, with each ticket constituting one (1) entry and issued with a unique identifier. Tickets are $500 AUD each, with a maximum of 200 tickets available, and entries close once all tickets are sold. The winner will receive either one (1) new 2026 Chery Tiggo 4 SUV (drive away, including standard on-road costs) or a $25,000 AUD cash alternative, at the winner’s election. The winner must confirm their prize selection within 7 days of notification. Vehicle specifications, colour, and delivery timing are subject to availability, and any upgrades or variations are at the winner’s expense. The draw will take place on Friday 30 June 2026 at 11AM at 53 Central Hills Drive, Gregory Hills NSW and will be conducted as a random physical draw with attendees present. The winner will be notified at the draw or within 24 hours via phone or email, and their name (first name and initial) and photo/video may be published. If the prize is not claimed within 30 days, a redraw may occur in accordance with NSW regulations. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law, and if the raffle is cancelled, all entrants will receive a full refund. This raffle is conducted in accordance with the NSW Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 and relevant NSW Fair Trading guidelines. Genovation Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any invalid or fraudulent entries. To the extent permitted by law, Genovation Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the prize. Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the raffle and will not be disclosed except as required by law. By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
