Chief Executive Officer

Jake commenced working within the Aged and Disability Sector in the 1990’s and over the years has managed Respite Services, Group Homes, and In-Home Support services with both Government and private agencies. In addition, Jake has worked in senior management roles supporting his team and maintaining company value and mission.

Jake has a strong passion for supporting members of the community who live with any form of disability to access their full potential. Jake’s passion and understanding of disability comes from his community service-related tertiary studies as well as through his daughter who has complex disabilities.

As the Chief Executive Officer, Jake will ensure Genovation’s financial viability, core values, and integrity are always maintained and reviewed regularly, which will be reported to the Board of Directors at regular meetings.
