Giuliana has been within the disability sector for over 20 years. As an advanced enrolled nurse, she has worked in various roles and organisations, including the Department of Education and the Department of Health. One of the most notable achievements in Giuliana’s professional career has been as founder and director of an NDIS Registered disability service organisation.


Through her experiences and tertiary studies, Giuliana has developed a sound understanding of Government policies and legislation, working with state and federal policymakers and local council committees to represent members of her local communities.


Alongside Giuliana’s accomplishments professionally, she also has lived disability experience. Her daughter Gabriella was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder at 16 months, followed by multiple complexities and diagnoses.


Giuliana strives to deliver a personable, supportive approach to all clients and staff, understanding the challenges and achievements of working and living with disabilities. She is passionate about eliminating the stigma of disability, promoting participants rights as active, valued citizens. In advancing her career into the Not-for-Profit space, Giuliana is excited to expand her knowledge across childcare and aged care sectors. Further providing innovative and inclusive services, understanding a holistic care approach to the clients, their extended families, and personal networks.
